Handcrafted leather and canvas punching bag hangs from a timber beam frame wrapped in organic hemp rope. Bag and frame are custom built, handcrafted, and designed in the USA. A mindful creation with a touch of vintage class and tradition. Rugged and refined.
- The Joe Heavy Punching Bag is handcrafted with premium Horween leather and organic hemp canvas. Seamed with a beautiful gaucho braid of kangaroo leather lace.
- The gaucho knot braid is hand-laced with an eye toward detail and perfection.
- The rope is European 100% organic hemp rope. 16mm. Unbleached. Undyed. Chemical free. Spliced for strength.
- Punching bag is hand sewn using a durable thread imported from Germany.
- The Horween leather has a strong, distinctive pull-up. It will age beautifully with a gorgeous patina over time.
- Every hide of leather is slightly different than the next. Therefore, every punching bag we create is slightly different than the next. Each is one of a kind. Rugged and Refined.
- The canvas is made of 100% organic European hemp. Unbleached. Undyed. Chemical free. 21oz heavyweight hemp canvas.
- Punching bag hangs with European 100% organic hemp rope and Crosby swivel hook.
- The Shou Sugi Ban boxing frame is handcrafted with cedar timber beam and oak peg mortise and tenon.
- The frame is wrapped with European 100% organic hemp rope.
- In the center of the load beam, a Crosby Bullard .5 ton closed swivel bail hook secures the punching bag with a smooth trusted movement.
** The boxing frame is free-standing. However, we do suggest that you anchor the top beams, side beams, or back beams to a stud in the wall to stabilze the unit. Anchor brackets are available. Anchor brackets sold separately. Securing the frame is the responsibility of the buyer.**

- Premium leather & hemp canvas heavy punching bag with hemp rope.
- English Tan Horween leather 2.2+mm thick. (Also available in black leather.)
- The gaucho knot braid is premium kangaroo leather lace.
- Punching bag weight is 70-80lbs.
- Punching bag is stuffed with new, 100% cotton rags.
- Punching bag body is approximately 4' tall and 14" wide.
- Punching bag is approximately 5' tall - (rope chain and bag).
- Punching bag is hand sewn with braided polyester thread 1.2mm thick.
- The Shou Sugi Ban boxing frame is built with cedar timber beam and oak peg mortise and tenon.
- Handcrafted of 4"x4" cedar timber beam.
- The frame is wrapped in 12mm organic hemp rope.
- Crosby Bullard .5 ton closed swivel bail hook secures the punching bag.
- Standard boxing frame is approximately 8' tall and 4'6" wide from center support beam to L/R single support beam.
